If you exhaust your body, your mind won't develop to its highest potential. If you exhaust your mind, your body won't be able to cross over its limits and you'll be an easy prey for diseases. The answer to this dilemma is balance. Harmony. The union between body and mind. In each one of us you can find unbelievable resources of power, that we have no idea of. And this is the part where Aikido steps in.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You develop a special set of "exercises through health and long life". You find out how your life and work are influenced by your body posture. You practice live relaxation, a special technique which helps you meet day's end with your head held high and a big smile on your face. This helps you interact better with your colleagues and makes you fulfill your tasks efficiently, in due time.
We'll teach you ancient breathing techniques: no matter how tired you are, those techniques will put you on your feet again.
You'll also get familiar with kiatsu massage, the healthy way of life. Thus, getting burned out will no longer be a problem, since your organism will take care of itself.
